Hello!  Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Marci Rodriguez and I am the proprietor of Harmony Hills Farm.

I am an animal husbandry major and a riding instructor of all disciplines- hunter/jumper, dressage, western and balanced seat riding. I specialize in teaching children but all ages are certainly welcome!
A little about me:

- graduated SUNY Cobleskill   with an associates degree in animal sciences/horse husbandry.
-graduated Meredith Manor School of Horsemanship  majoring in teaching, breeding, dressage and western.
- taught English/western at Dukes 4Quarter Ranch in Suffern NY
-taught English/jumper at Watchung Stables in  Watchung NJ

-Ran riding program at Casa de Campo resort in the Dominican Republic.

1988 moved to the Dominican Republic where I lived for 14 years bringing the dressage movement to the Dominican Republic. We started with 3 riders and in the course of 10 years brought that number up to over 300.  Was also judging competitions there and trained my own horse  up to 3rd level dressage He was in the top 3 Dressage horses until his passing at the age of 9.
I got out of the industry for around 10 years while life took over, kids took over, etc.

ever feel like there was something missing from your life?  mine was the horses. I needed to have them. Soo...

in 2008 I got back into the industry and taught balanced seat/western at Freespirit Farm in Freehold NJ.

February of 2009 Harmony Hills became available to me and I jumped at the chance. I have been ridiculously happy ever since.

I have owned horses since I was 18 and most recently  adopted a  standard bred brood mare last august  who placed 1st in the National Championship Standardbred show 2008 western pleasure walk trot canter- and she had only been ridden for 1 month prior to the show.  She is now starting her flying lead changes.

I am looking forward to this new endeavor as it is something I have wanted all my life.  It has been my dream to have my own facility. if any of you would like to keep your horses here I am offering a reduced board for the first 5 boarders of 500.00/month for 2009.  This includes daily turnouts, mucking, feed and blanketing when necessary. 3 stalls are still available at this rate so act now!
I also offer the following services:

Exercising/riding your horse: 40.00/ 45 min sessions
Lunging:                                 20.00/½ hr
